Return and Refund Policy
SALES OF HATS ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE OTHER NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE.
THE VENDOR MAY OFFER EXCHANGES OF CERTAIN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON THE WEBSITE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVALUATE EXCHANGES ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS A CUSTOMER GUARANTEED OR ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE.
Products may be exchanged only for a different size and/or color of the same body type, provided the following conditions are met, and subject to product availability:
- You may only exchange an UNUSED, READY TO WEAR hat;
- You may only exchange a hat that Meshika, LLC deems eligible for exchange based on the circumstances;
- You may only submit one exchange request per product; and
- Must meet all of the conditions required under Section 1 hereof.
Product exchanges must be requested within twenty (20) days after receipt of the product(s), by completing and submitting a return request to Meshika, LLC through our email firstname.lastname@example.org. The product(s) to be replaced must be returned in accordance with Section 2 within twenty (20) days after receipt of the product(s), and must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused and unworn in their original packaging. Products to be exchanged that are part of the same order must be returned to the Vendor in a single shipment, and the Vendor reserves the right to refuse processing exchanges of products that are part of the same order which are shipped at different times.
ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF EXCHANGE
If all conditions for exchange are met, The Vendor will inspect the product(s) to ensure the exchange conditions are met, and will verify the availability of the replacement product(s) in the size and/or color requested.
If the exchange conditions are met and the selected product(s) are available, the Vendor will ship the replacement product(s), at its cost, within thirty (30) business days after receipt and inspection of the product(s). If the selected replacement product(s) are not available, the Vendor will not process your exchange. No customs and import duties, delivery shipping costs, or other fees associated with the exchange of products will be refunded.
When exchanging a product, if the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the chosen replacement product, you will not be required to pay the relative price difference and will not be entitled to any refund.
If you have not met the exchange conditions, the Vendor will notify you by email that the exchange will not be processed, and your merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE. ALL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PROVIDER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SITE NOR AS TO THE MERCHANDISE BEING SOLD TO YOU. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE MERCHANDISE CONTAINED ON OUR ORDER CONFIRMATION. PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
